SPEAKING & APPEARANCE
Turning problems in education into
words that move society.
Support for children not attending school, education infrastructure, social entrepreneurship, building organisations, careers. Through talks, classes, training and media appearances, we turn what NIJIN has put into practice on the ground into words that set society in motion.
THEMES
Four themes
we can speak on.
We speak not only from ideals but from the experience of actually building a business and working face to face with children, teachers and communities. We design the content and format to suit the audience and the purpose of the event.
Education and school non-attendance
Drawing on practice at NIJIN Academy, we speak about the structure that produces school non-attendance, a new education infrastructure that stands alongside schools, psychological safety in the classroom, and digital × teachers’ skill.
Social entrepreneurship and building a business
We share how to design a business that solves social problems through “systems” rather than “people”, how to start from zero, and how to run a company that combines social impact with sustainability.
Organisation and management
With real examples, we speak about building an organisation where educators can do their best work, turning a philosophy into a business, hiring, development and delegation, and teams with psychological safety.
Careers and ways of living
For secondary school students, university students and young professionals: how to live in an age with no right answers, how to find what you want to do, and lessons from the JICA Overseas Cooperation Volunteers and from teaching.
We design the content to suit the audience and format
